Come join us for a yoga mindfulness class with an additional 1.5 hour stay-and-play.

With your baby or babies we will explore movement through story telling. They can interact as much or as little as they are able to all the while increasing your bond together through this gentle connection. Through sensory play we will explore the senses using various resources and music ending in an invitation to relax together in a guided Savasana where you and your toddler can get all snuggled up and relax for a moment of reflection. You are welcome whatever you bring, whether it is a fraught morning, lack of sleep or a very active child and if you bring peace and calm then that’s good too!

After the morning session we will have the rest of the morning for your child to play in the incredibly well fitted out Bright Horizons nursery. The children can use the many toys and games available at the nursery including the giant kitchen fully fitted for them. Each week we will help the children if they want to take part in a group activity of dough making (example, different each week) but if they choose to do their own thing that is always fine as well. This is a great opportunity for the parents to enjoy a cup of tea and either play alongside their children in a kitted out environment or relax as their child gets involved in everything there is on offer.
