Adult-Toddler Yoga and Mindfulness
Explore Movements through storytelling with your babies
Book Now
Wacth this space for classes during the summer holidays!
With your baby or babies we will explore movement through story telling. They can interact as much or as little as they are able to all the while increasing your bond together through this gentle connection. Through sensory play we will explore the senses using various resources and music ending in an invitation to relax together in a guided Savasana where you and your toddler can get all snuggled up and relax for a moment of reflection. You are welcome whatever you bring, whether it is a fraught morning, lack of sleep or a very active child and if you bring peace and calm then that’s good too!
After the morning session we will have an extra 45 mins to drink tea and light organic snacks together for the children so you don’t have to rush off.
You are welcome to do a single session but do remember that this class is a slow burner so children get more involved throughout the term as they understand what to do and develop friendships so term sign up is recommended to get the most out of what is on offer.
Please note sessions missed cannot be refunded.
