Adult-Toddler Yoga and Mindfulness

Explore Movements through storytelling with your babies

Book Now

Wacth this space for classes during the summer holidays!

With your baby or babies we will explore movement through story telling. They can interact as much or as little as they are able to all the while increasing your bond together through this gentle connection. Through sensory play we will explore the senses using various resources and music ending in an invitation to relax together in a guided Savasana where you and your toddler can get all snuggled up and relax for a moment of reflection. You are welcome whatever you bring, whether it is a fraught morning, lack of sleep or a very active child and if you bring peace and calm then that’s good too!

After the morning session we will have an extra 45 mins to drink tea and light organic snacks together for the children so you don’t have to rush off.

You are welcome to do a single session but do remember that this class is a slow burner so children get more involved throughout the term as they understand what to do and develop friendships so term sign up is recommended to get the most out of what is on offer.

Please note sessions missed cannot be refunded.

Toddler-Testimonial-1

“The structure of the class is genius – yoga infused with stories, dancing, instruments and some delightful savassana for the parents whilst the kids help prepare the post-session picnic. Every week is different and Raha is amazing – just as happy if the little yogis are downward dog’ing or clambering over her back. I love these sessions.”  Rebecca

Toddler- Testimonials-2

“My daughter and I love Here and Now Kid yoga. Raha leads the class in a beautifully relaxed way and makes everyone feel really at home. The kids are able to engage in whatever way is right for them which is lovely and the class has a nice mix of high energy and calmer moments. I would highly recommend it.” John

    Toddler- Testimonial-3

“My 20-month-old son and I have been attending this class for almost 6 months now and he absolutely loves it (Mum loves it too!). There is a great mixture of movement, reading and music. The space is big and the children are free to explore around. It is absolutely great and I recommend it to everyone.” Angelica
