Come with one child per adult and work together through a variety of sporting practices to get your heart pumping, muscles working and endorphins flowing! Working to complete various challenges set in a circuit you learn to build your bond, communication, stamina, agility, strength, and endurance together. What you can expect is a super fun experience where you and your child get to work-out together, developing co-ordination, strength, and focus and you get to burn some calories and feel better too – Win-win!
Often we work to our strengths, a healthy body is an adaptable one so don’t expect one discipline here; whatever you or your child are interested in you can expect to be compensated with a variety of sports practices each week in our circuit meaning you will be better at any sport. You can expect to work your core, stamina and strength and flexibility. Using gymnastics, ballet, strength and conditioning, martial arts, animal flow, yoga, football, racquet sports, boxing and more we explore what your body can do and work together to create strong bonds around active bodies.
